Payment Terms

Part I: Culbridge Courses

The terms and conditions set forth in this Part I, including the refund and schedule change policies, apply to all services and materials customer purchases from Culbridge unless otherwise expressly agreed by Culbridge. 

 

Course Materials

All Culbridge Course materials are distributed to customers at the beginning of the first session class. For example, customers who enroll in a course that meets for the first time on Monday, November 2nd, 2009 will receive their course materials in person on that date when they arrive at the designated classroom at the designated time. Culbridge will also distribute materials throughout the course as they relate to specific activities integrated into the Dynamic Classroom™, Environment-Based Learning approach Culbridge uses to deliver its courses. Upon completion of the course, customers will also receive materials related to continuous learning objectives. The specific materials are outlined in the relevant course description. Your use of any Culbridge materials you receive is governed by Culbridge’s Terms of Use, which you agree to accept by enrolling in any Culbridge Course. Upon successful completion of a course, participants will receive a certificate of completion endorsed by the CEO of Culbridge and containing the Culbridge Company Seal. Customers must participate in all of the designated course classroom activity in order to receive this certificate. 

 

Course Times, Locations and Instructors

All course times, locations and instructors are subject to change at any time. Customers will be notified of any and all changes made to the course via an email sent to the email address provided during registration. Customers should check their account frequently prior to the start of the class. Culbridge LLC is not responsible for or liable to any customer who does not know the time or location of his class. 

 

Course Payment

Customers are enrolled in their selected course when the online enrollment process is complete and they have paid the full course fee. The customer acknowledges this and all other terms and conditions when selecting the “I Accept” check box on the checkout page containing the link to these terms and conditions. 

 

Refund Policy

All sales and payments made to Culbridge are final, regardless of the materials or services purchased. No refunds will be made, in whole or in part, unless approved by a Culbridge representative on a case by case basis. Special circumstances will be given full consideration. In the event a refund is approved, Culbridge will retain a $200 fee to cover administrative and other expenses associated with the customers’ cancellation.

Course registrations are non-transferable. 

 

Customer Schedule Changes

Culbridge offers multiple options to customers enrolled in a course who desire to change their scheduled course dates. Customers must contact a Culbridge scheduling representative in order to request these changes.
  1. Schedule change of “equivalent course” - Culbridge will accommodate schedule changes for the same course after enrollment subject to the following: A $100 schedule change fee will be applied if a customer requests a change more than 2 weeks prior to the start of their previously enrolled course. Additional fees, as determined by Culbridge, will apply if a schedule change is requested less than 2 weeks prior to the original course start date.
  2. Change to Course of “lesser value” - In the event a customer desires to change their purchased course to a different course of lesser value, Culbridge will accommodate the change subject to the schedule change fees outlined in #1 above. In addition, the difference in course price will be applied as a customer credit for other Culbridge services. No refund will be made. (Example: changing from Culbridge Advanced™ to Culbridge Core™ after enrolling in and paying for Culbridge Advanced™)
  3. Change to Course of “greater value” - In the event a customer desires to change their purchased course to a different course of greater value, Culbridge will accommodate the change in return for customer payment of the additional value. (Example: changing from Culbridge Core™ to Culbridge Advanced™. Customer would pay the difference between the advanced and core courses.) No additional schedule change fees will apply.

 

Return Customer Policy

This policy ONLY APPLIES to our Culbridge Core™ and Culbridge Advanced™ courses.
Culbridge customers who wish to take the same course again, may do so for a 50% discount off the current individual course fee. Eligibility for the 50% discount lasts for 1 year from the start date of the customer’s original course. The discount is applied against the course fees in effect at the time of the second course, not the original course fees.
 

 

Part II: Culbridge PDP™

Personal Development Plan Payment and Use Policy

Customers who wish to purchase PDP services can do so by making arrangements directly with a Culbridge representative or by using the online enrollment process.  After full payment is received, a Culbridge professional will work with you to schedule the appropriate private meetings necessary to build your plan and execute any additional services.  Unless agreed to otherwise, the policies outlined in Part I will apply. Part III: Culbridge Private™

Payment and Use Policy

Customers who wish to take a Culbridge Course delivered via our private sessions can do so through our online enrollment and payment process. Payment terms and conditions are the same as those outlined above in Part I with the following exceptions: (1) Customers will select a “preferred” course start date during the enrollment process. (2) A Culbridge representative will contact the customer to customize a schedule that meets his or her specific needs, including dates, duration of sessions, and session locations. (3) Courses must be completed within 90 days of the start date agreed upon between Culbridge and Customer. (4) Once a customized schedule is agreed upon, any schedule changes are subject to change fees.
 
If a customer is unable to attend a scheduled private class, the customer must give notice to the instructor 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting date. Notification less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 scheduling fee. If a customer fails to attend a scheduled tutoring session without giving notice, the customer will be charged a $100 scheduling fee. 

 

Other Private Tutoring

Culbridge provides other Private Tutoring packages that do not include our Core and Advanced courses or PDP services. When selecting a specific Private Tutoring package, customers will select a “preferred” date for their initial Culbridge Assessment session. Packages must be paid in full at the time of enrollment. A Culbridge representative will contact customer to schedule the Culbridge Assessment. The assessment will result in a Customer Roadmap for how their private tutoring package will be delivered. This must be acceptable to both Customer and Culbridge. If a customer decides to cancel a Private Tutoring package after the Culbridge Assessment, a $200 fee will be withheld from the original purchase price to cover the assessment costs. 

 

Hourly Private Tutoring

Culbridge provides hourly tutoring at the rate of $100 per hour. Packaging of hourly private tutoring with other Culbridge services may include discounts and other benefits for the customer. Contact Culbridge to learn more about this feature.
Customers must sign up for a minimum of 2 hours of private tutoring. The first 2 hours of tutoring ($200) are non-refundable. Any additional hours are refundable upon Customer’s written request, provided they are unused. Refunds will be processed as soon as administratively possible.  Customers who must miss a scheduled tutoring session must give notice to their instructor 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting time to avoid a penalty of one lost hour of tutoring.
Customers who miss a scheduled consulting session with no prior notice at all will be charged for two tutoring hours.


 

Part IV: Culbridge Premiere™ Packages

Enrolling in a Culbridge Premiere™ package requires payment in full for the selected package.
Once payment is made in full, a Culbridge representative will contact the customer to coordinate scheduling of all package services and any other services the customer may desire.  All customers who purchase a Premiere package will receive an initial Culbridge Assessment which will conclude with a customer roadmap for how the package will be facilitated.
 
Should customers wish to cancel their Premiere Package selection after the Culbridge Assessment session is performed, a $350 assessment fee will be withheld from the original purchase amount. Any refunds must be approved by Culbridge.
See specific details associated with each package regarding deadlines for use of services. The longest duration for completing any of our Culbridge Premiere™ packages is 1 year.
 
All other schedule fee changes outlined above will apply unless otherwise agreed by Culbridge.
 

 

Part V: General

All enrollments are non-transferrable unless approved by Culbridge. 

 

Terms of Use

All materials a customer receives from Culbridge are Proprietary & Confidential, and are subject to Culbridge’s Terms of Use policy. 

 

Force Majeure

In no event will Culbridge be liable to any customer for any failure, cancellation or delay in performance to the extent said failures, cancellations or delays are caused by forces beyond Culbridge's reasonable control including, but not limited to, acts of war, natural or man-made disasters, unforeseen economic circumstances, or any failure of breach of contract by Culbridge’s suppliers, subcontractors, carriers, or agents.
