Culbridge Core™ - Course Summary An intensive course focused on building tangible, dynamic skills that empower participants to thrive in American Professional and Social arenas.  Culbridge Core develops proficient to strong skills in each of the Four Dynamic Learning Components of our Proprietary Curriculum Design:  Listening Strategies, Conversation Outcomes, Social Adaptability, and Culture Awareness.  The course therefore provides a complete package of skills and capabilities that enable individuals to overcome cross-cultural challenges, gain confidence and respect amongst their multi-national and American peers, and achieve their competitive advantage. The intended audience for Culbridge Core are those international citizens currently residing in the US, regardless of social status or profession, who desire accelerated personal development and growth.  The course is designed to fit the skills and background of individuals having minimal to moderate exposure to US culture, social and business practices, language, etc.  Whether you've just arrived in the US or have spent several years here, this course is designed to build the necessary skills to accelerate your goals. Mandatory Requirement:  Proficiency in the English Language.  Culbridge does not teach English as a second language.

Culbridge Core is an intensive course focused on building tangible hard and soft skills that empower participants to thrive in American Professional and Social arenas. This course develops moderate to proficient skills in each of the Four Critical Components of the Culbridge Curriculum Design: Listening Strategies, Conversation Outcomes, Social Adaptability, and Culture Awareness. The course therefore provides a complete package of skills and capabilities that enable YOU to overcome cross cultural challenges, gain confidence and respect amongst your multi-national and American peers, and achieve your competitive advantage.

The intended audience for Culbridge Core is those international citizens and foreign nationals currently residing in the United States, regardless of profession or social status, who desire career and/or personal growth. The course is designed to fit the skills and backgrounds of individuals having miminmal to moderate exposure to US Business & Social Practices, Language, Culture, etc. Whether you have just arrived in the US or have spent several years here, this course is designed to enable you with capabilities necessary to accelerate your goals.

Culbridge utilizes both traditional and innovative delivery techniques to ensure you get the most of your learning experience. Our senior instructors have extensive expertise facilitating a dynamic learning environment and are skilled in enabling solutions to cross-cultural challenges. While we rely on lecture and instruction to provide you with the appropriate understanding of critical topics and definitions, we believe strongly that an Environment Based Learning approach where our customers "learn by doing", demonstrating skills using practical/real-life scenario's. This our methods focus more on instructing by examoel and role play than pure lecture alone. In additon to our senior instructors, ou will have exposure to guest speakers who are experts in a given field. These guest speakers will serve as subject matter experts, where appropriate during the course, to assist with group activity and role play scenarios. The purpose of this technique is to provide our customers with deep knowledge of practical, every day life scenarios and utilize these scenario's to effectively teach certain aspects of our proprietary curriculum.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Customers must be proficient in the English Language. Although significant areas of our courses focus on strengthening your understanding and use of American grammar and dialogue, Culbridge does not teach English as a second language.
